Watch now opens viewing information. Once you select an outside service, its player handles the video. Note whether one title or several fail. For buffering, try a lower supported quality; for missing dialogue, check audio; for absent text, inspect captions. Use that service's error guidance for account or device restrictions.
Before a reset
Save a backup of My List if you intend to keep your choices. Clearing browser storage can remove local reminders without repairing an outside player. Record the device, production, season and exact error if the targeted checks do not resolve it.
