Start where your choices are saved
Open My List in the browser that contains your titles. Select Create backup and copy the entire text from the backup field. It contains supported catalog references and manual episode checkpoints, not video files or an outside service's password.
Merge in the other browser
Open HDWatch in the destination browser, paste the complete text into Restore backup, then choose Merge backup. Existing local checkpoints take precedence over older imported reminders. This avoids replacing a current episode position simply because an earlier copy was restored.
Read the result
Malformed text, another brand's backup and unsupported entries are not accepted as valid saved choices. Keep brackets and punctuation intact when copying. Inspect the list and reminders after merging rather than relying on the presence of text in the field.
Keep the limits clear
Recently browsed history, video downloads and outside playback progress are not transferred. Make a fresh copy before deliberately clearing local browser storage if you want to preserve the supported list and checkpoints.
